OPEN CALL — Stories of Aging Women in Public Space

Do you have a mom or aunt who’s retired and navigating public life in your city?

We’re looking for women volunteer to join a cross-cultural project that gathers everyday stories of aging women and their experiences in public spaces. From local parks to market trips, how do our mothers and aunts experience the world outside?

What you’ll do:
- Interview your retired mom or aunt (1 hour)
- Observe + journal 1 day of her public routine
- Format: Audio or video (with consent)
The stories will be featured at Placemaking Europe 2025, Italy. - Dutch will be a plus
